The largest alligator ever seen in Texas was caught
Wednesday night. It was a 13.5-foot alligator. The massive reptile was
captured at Champion Lake in the Trinity River National Wildlife Refuge. Gary
Saurage and his team at Gator Country were called on to help remove the
900-pound alligator, who officially clocks in at 13.5ft 8in, after it started
to scare visitors at the park in Liberty. See one more photo...
