Sir Alex Ferguson has visited the Manchester United training complex amid mounting pressure on manager, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

Ferguson and the former United chairman, Martin Edwards are understood to have been present at the club's Carrington training ground, where Solskjaer arrived early this morning for the first-team's training session.
