President Muhammadu Buhari has on Thursday arrived Lagos State to commission Lagos-Ibadan rail, Deep Blue projects. 

The ceremony will take place at Mobolaji Johnson Railway Station Ebute Metta. 

Then Buhari will move to Apapa to commission the Deep Blue Projects.
