The West African Examination Council (WAEC), says, the Senior Secondary School Examination (WASSCE), may not hold as usual this year in May/June, due to the disruption of the academic calendar of schools across the country.

It said this as it officially released the results for private candidates.

The Head, Nigeria Office (WAEC), Patrick Areghan, while speaking on the students’ performance, explained that two thousand one hundred and ninety five candidates, representing thirty point one percent, obtained a minimum of five credits, including Mathematics and English.
