The Chairman of Copyright Society of Nigeria, COSON, Tony Okoroji has disclosed reason he did not attend the wedding of his second daughter, Stephanie Chinenye Okoroji.

Stephanie walked down the isle with her heartthrob, Samuel Egiafameh on Saturday in Maryland, USA.

Okoroji on Facebook post said Coronavirus restrictions made it impossible for him to leave Lagos, for the event. However, he thanked God that his wife, was there and represented him.

"This Saturday, the 1st of August, 2020, my youngest daughter, Stephanie Chinenye Okoroji got married to her heartthrob, Samuel Egiafameh in Glenn Dale, a suburb of Maryland, USA.

As a result of the Coronavirus restrictions, I could not leave Lagos for the event but I thank God that Stephanie’s mum was there and I was very well represented by my brother in whom I am well pleased, the unbeatable Iyke Okoroji.

Technology brought the event live to me thousands of miles away in Nigeria. It was solemn and beautiful with every attempt made to respect all the Covid 19 protocols.

I wish to thank the many-many beautiful people who sent messages of goodwill, prayers and love to my wonderful S & S, Stephanie and Sam and turned the day into a warm and remarkable day for me and my family.

May the Almighty grant you your heart’s desires, promote and protect you and may you receive love in good measure in your times of need and may the Coronavirus not have anything to do with you or any member of your family or   any friend of yours or any colleague of yours.

May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God and the sweet fellowship of the Holy Spirit abide with you now and forever.

Thank you so much, beautiful people." He wrote.
