Video: White Lather substance reportedly cover entrances of People's Houses in Lagos

Video has emerged online, showing chemical formed whitish lather, in front of people’s houses, preventing them from leaving their homes. 

According to the Twitter user, @Ade Banqie, the strange incident occurred somewhere in Anthony Village, Lagos State.

VIDEO: Unknown chemicals formed a whitish lather preventing residents from exiting their homes.
