In 2012, the world acclaimed beauty pageant, Miss Earth did not hold in Nigeria. This is because; the national director of the beauty competition, Ms. Ibinabo Fiberesima was engaged with Actors’ Guild of Nigeria (AGN) national election, where she emerged the elected national president of the guild. The election, inauguration of the new cabinet and commencing the guild’s assignment gulped the whole year and the pageant was shifted to 2013. 


This year, Miss Earth Nigeria is going to be a beauty competition mixed with the safety of human environment and the earth.
