Going by the information spreading from insider sources, Lagos state chapter of Actors' Guild of Nigeria (AGN) was dissolved two months ago. According to them, the chapter was due for election for over four months and the chairman, Emeka Rising Ibeh refused to abide by the constitution to conduct an election when due.


Aside his inability to conduct election, he allegedly ran Lagos chapter to stagnancy, as they cannot boast of a secretariat no matter how poor.

To move the chapter forward, on March 4, 2013, the chapter's cabinet was dissolved by AGN national and Mr. Wisdom Nwankwo was appointed as the Sole Administrator pending when election will be conducted.
