The Senate President Bukola Saraki has been ordered by Justice Tinuade
Akomolafe-Wilson led three-man Court of Appeal panel to return to the Code of Conduct Tribunal
(CCT) to face trial on three of the counts of corruption while dismissing
others.
He is facing the corruption trial over failure to disclose
his assets. The appellate judges ruled that three of the counts have been
proven beyond reasonable doubt by the prosecutors of the Code of Conduct
Tribunal.
