The Senate President Bukola Saraki  has been ordered by Justice Tinuade Akomolafe-Wilson led three-man Court of Appeal panel  to return to the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) to face trial on three of the counts of corruption while dismissing others.

He is facing the corruption trial over failure to disclose his assets. The appellate judges ruled that three of the counts have been proven beyond reasonable doubt by the prosecutors of the Code of Conduct Tribunal.
