Kenya's electoral commission has announced that President
Uhuru Kenyatta has won last week's re-run of the presidential election with 98%
of the vote.
His main opposition, Raila Odinga, who urged his supporters
to boycott the poll, received 0.09% of the vote share.
The Chairman of Independent Electoral and Boundaries
Commission (IEBC) ,Wafula Chebukati on Monday that the poll was free and fair,
despite opposition complaints over the vote that led to it boycotting the
process.
