The former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar has condemned the killing of innocent people by Fulani Herdsmen in Plateau state. He said this on social media after killer herdsmen attacked Nkiedonwhro community, Bassa Local Government Area of the state.

"I urge the security services to put in all resources to ensure that these killings do not reoccur and the killers are made to face justice.

"The killings in Plateau state are condemnable. The avoidable death of even one Nigerian is one death too many." He wrote on Twitter.

They killed 27 people while they were sleeping. The latest attack was about the third in the LGA since Friday when the governor imposed the indefinite dusk-to-dawn curfew.
