Three years ago, a dream for a customer-oriented indigenous
airline with international standard berthed on the shores of reality and
Airpeace was born.
In its three years of existence, the history of Air Peace
has been that of excellence as testified by its teemingcustomers. The narration
around the Airline has been a salutary determination to ensure air safety, air
worthiness of aircrafts on its fleet, customer satisfaction and conformity with
national and international regulations in its operations.
For an Airline that commenced operation with two Dornier
Aircrafts, the rapidgrowth of Air Peace in the Aviation industry confounds its
competitors and leaves critical stakeholders and customers cheering. In just
three years, the Airline nowhas in its fleet 11 aircrafts and covers eight destinations
in Nigeria. Apart from passenger services, Air Peace also provides charter
services.
Air Peace commenced international flight this year with
Ghana-Nigeria flights. The airline has also been designated by the Federal
Government for a direct flight from the Akanu Ibiam International Airport,
Enugu to Johannesburg, London, Atlanta, Mumbai, Dubai and Mumbai and
Guangzhou-China. This is evidently a massive boost to economy of the South
east.In the light of the expansion of its operation, Air Peace will soon be
acquiring more aircraft, including some B777s, to beef up its rapidly growing
fleet. The airline will deploy its B777 aircraft to service its long-haul
routes.
Air Peace has unassailable edge over other airlines in this regard
as no Nigerian airline has ever used a B777 aircraft. More pilots are set for training in the operation of B777 aircraft.
