The President of Ghana, Akufo Addo on Saturday, September 30 received the award as the 'Grand Counsellor' of Imo State. The event took place at the launching of Rochas Okorocha's Foundation, as part of ceremonies for 55th birthday of Imo State Governor, Rochas Okorocha.
