The dismissed former national chairman of APGA, Martin Agbaso group have on Monday been ejected from the venue of their faction's primary at Mable Arch Hotel in Awka, Anambra state.


The members of the faction were seem scattered around the entrance of the Mable Rch Hotel where the police had blocked the entrance to the hotel.

Martin Agbaso had been sacked by a court of appeal as the national chairman of APGA last week. Following the dismissal, Martin Agbaso went to the Supreme Courts to appeal the decision. At the time of his filing the appeals, the Supreme Court were already on vacation. He filed a notice of appeal pending when the supreme court resumes from vacation in the second week of September 2017.

With the notice of appeal, Martin Agbaso proceeded to fixed a date for APGA primary. This was following an APGA primary where Governor Willie Obiano was adopted unanimously as the APGA candidate.
