Ethiopia's authorities have shutdown the internet on Tuesday
to avoid people leaking examination papers during national exam week, the Addis
Standard newspaper reported.
A year ago, access to social media sites was blocked in the country for the same reason, but this time the authorities seem to have gone further as this activist reports
There were some reports quoted in Quartz Africa that the internet
was coming on sporadically.
