Gunmen on Tuesday shot three Bakassi Vigilante boys in broad daylight along Aba Owerri road, Aba, Abia State. The incident which took place before MCC Junction claimed the life of three vigilante men.


The group of Bakassi boys reportedly disrupted the gunmen operation, when they attempted to kidnap a wealthy businessman by Tonimas, opposite Bicoz Filling Station, along Enugu/Port Hacourt Expressway.

The hoodlums, who were visibly angered went on a rampage by tracing the Hilux of the vigilante men, double-crossed their vehicle and killed three on the spot.
