Rapper Tyga is being sued  for failing to make car payments on a red 2016 Ferrari 488, according to legal documents.

The lessor, Alex Benedict, filed the suit earlier this month in Orange County Superior Court claiming that he made an agreement with Tyga in May but the rapper has yet to pay, according to  E! News.

Benedict is asking for $150,000 in damages.

After the “Rack City” hitmaker missed several of the car’s lease payments, Benedict had the Ferrari repossessed in August.

Then the car was repossessed for a second time in November, after Tyga broke the agreement he and Benedict made that allowed him to use the car until Oct. 9.
