This dangerous fuel tanker was seen on the major road in Port Harcourt, Rivers State today. The tanker loaded with damaged drums of fuel was spotted at CFC junction moving towards Garrison. According to eyewitnesses, the truck is constituting serious hazard in Port Harcourt.
