Nollywood actress, Omoni Oboli has set a new pace for other filmmakers, as her latest movie, 'Okafors Law' on Thursday turned out to be the first Nigerian Film to be premiered in Stockholm International Film Festival for 27 years, Julia Blaise Blog (JBB) gathered. 


For 27 years of the festival existence, no Nigerian movie producer has attended the festival or premiered a movie there.

Mrs. Oboli, who starred in the film alongside actress, Ufoma McDermott arrived in Stockholm on Thursday for the premiere. According to them, despite being the first Nigerian film in the history of the festival, Nigerians defiled the storm and came to support them.

The movie will have its second screening at the festival on Sunday, November 13.
