The Department of State Service (DSS) has alleged that the
detained former National Security Adviser (NSA), Col. Sambo Dasuki was last
week requested to visit his ailing father, former Sultan of Sokoto, Ibrahim
Dasuki, but he reportedly refused.
Barely one week after declining the request, he lost his
father, who died on Monday night.
It was revealed that Sambo Dasuki, who knew his father will
be buried on Tuesday following Muslim rites, requested the DSS to allow him
attend the burial, but they reportedly refused.
However, it is still unclear if Dasuki attended the burial
of his father =, which took place today or not.
