Lagos State Police Command said they have rescued two persons out of the eight abducted by suspected militants at the‎ Model College, Igbo Nla in Epe area of Lagos on Thursday, October 6.

The gunmen said to be about six in number, a female included, stormed the school premises during their assembly.

The kidnappers shot sporadically into the air as they abducted four students, a teacher and a vice principal of the school.
