At least 12 people have been killed in an overnight attack in the Kenyan town of Mandera. Police say the attackers - believed to be from Somalia - used explosives as they targeted a guesthouse in the border town. A pro-Jihadist website has reported that the Somalia-based Islamist militant group al-Shabab said it was behind the attack. In a statement it said it targeted Christians and people who were not from the region.  This is the second attack of its kind in Mandera in as many weeks. See more photos…
