Ex-Cameroonian footballer, Rigobert Song hospitalized after suffering Stroke

Former Cameroonian international, Rigobert Song has been hospitalised after reportedly suffering a stroke, the Press Association is reporting.


Song, who played for Liverpool, West Ham and a coach employed by Cameroon's national football federation was taken to hospital in Yaounde, Cameroon.

A member of Song’s family told a BBC reporter in Cameroon that he was unconscious.


Samuel Eto'o tweeted in French: "I wish you courage and a speedy recovery big brother."
