President Muhammadu Buhari on Monday morning delivered an address at a high level plenary meeting at the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).

Nigeria has warned that unless there is collective resolve by world leaders to develop more effective strategies in addressing large movements of refugees and migrants as well as humanitarian needs of IDP’s in Nigeria, the global aspirations towards achieving the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals may be impeded.


President Muhammadu Buhari who gave the warning while addressing participants at the United Nation’s first ever Summit on refugees and migrants in New York, Said humanity is better promoted and protected if leaders work for the common good of all.
