At age 14 and the 'youngest on the list', Nigerian Girl Education Advocate and Film Maker Zuriel Oduwole has been named in the inaugural list of the 100 Most Influential Young Africans, released in Accra - Ghana. She is featured under the Entertainment and Culture category.


Alongside other young Africans under the age of 40, the list includes Ugandan Billionaire Ashish Thakkar, South African'sRocket Scientist Siyabulel and Political Activist Julius Malema, Kenyan's BBC News Anchor Sophie Ikenye and Academy Award winner Lupita Nyongo, Nigerian's Writer Chimananda Ngozi and Music Artist Wizkid,

Ghanaian's Forbes TV Anchor Peace Hyde and Health Solutions Expert Byrite Asamoah, and Africa's Largest independent Shoe Manufacturer Ethiopia's Bethlehem Alemu.

At age 10, she became the youngest person in the world to be featured in Forbes Magazine, at age 11, New York Business Insider named her the Most Powerful 11 year old in the world, at age 12, ELLE Magazine named her one of 33 Women Who Influenced The World, and at age 13, London's New Africa Woman gave her the Rising Star Award.

The 100 Most Influential Young Africa list was released in tandem with major news media platforms, including a direct post with the White House, in Washington DC.
