Chris Brown got a legal victory on Tuesday when a judge declined to issue a restraining order requested by an alleged ex-girlfriend. The 26-year-old singer was the subject of a temporary restraining order that was granted earlier this month to Danielle Patti.

A Los Angeles judge on Tuesday tossed the case after Patti failed to provide proof of harassment by the singer, according to an article by TMZ.

Patti told the court that she erased threatening texts from Brown because she 'didn't want the memories'.

She also admitted that she didn't have Brown's phone number or email address after being questioned by Brown's attorneys Ben Meiseles and Setara Qassim.

It was previously reported that Patti was arrested in December for trespassing after allegedly entering Brown's property and refusing to leave.
