Oscar Pistorius will spend another 3 weeks in jail as parole review is set for September 18. The panel that will decide on the parole for South African athlete Oscar Pistorius will meet on 18 September, according to his family.

He was expected to be released last week after serving 10 months of his five-year sentence, but the South African justice minister blocked the release citing procedural problems, AP reports.

Pistorius was found guilty of manslaughter last year after killing his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp in 2013.
