We asked model actress, TV host and Media personality Dolapo Oni to tell us how she keeps her energy levels on track by regularly working out, even on those days when she is in between cities and continents.

"I’ve recently taken my training to the next level, determined on getting stronger, fitter and faster. Having a healthy mind and body is all the fuel I need to get through a tough day. Being in the media 24/7 means that I have to look good. You know I enjoy making a fashion statement, and there’s no need for my training not to reflect and express my bold and bright personality. Here are some of my running and training favourites which not only help me train better, but gives me that added confidence. I'll trade my heels for trainers any day, if they feel as good and natural as the Nike Free collection".
The Nike Free Collection
Nike Free Flyknit shoes offer no redundancy, meaning that everything is a single layer – seamlessly integrated support through Flywire cables, all working to enable the footwear to move with me no matter how fast or far I run or train.

With the Nike Free 5.0 Flyknit , I have the most cushioned, natural ride as it works to the natural movement of the foot. It’s a great running shoe for any distance.
The Nike Free TR5 Flyknit is the women’s training shoe designed for dynamic, natural movement and inspired by core training moves. It supports the feet during vigorous and varied workout routines, including jumping, sprinting, strength training, stair climbing, push-ups and burpees in the gym or outdoors.

The Nike Free Collection

Right now, the majority of women wear the wrong-sized bra. Women are wearing sports bras that don’t fit, and are trading comfort for support. The team at Nike found it unacceptable, and set about to develop a collection of bras that provide a range of support, from light to high. I’ve tried out the Nike Pro Indy Bra for a fitted support and Nike Pro Rival Bra for super high support.

Nike Tights Collections

'When I look good, I feel good.'
Beautiful performance products not only help you perform better, but they also provide visual motivation and Nike’s tights are a pinnacle expression of this blend of performance and style.
My two favourite Nike tights are the Legendary tight which has a great waistband that is perfect for training, and the Epic Lux Tight, which has a great fit for when you’re running. A wide elastic waistband and internal draw–cord makes it really comfy, and the zippered water-proof back pocket lets me store some of my small necessities with ease.

Nike+ Training Apps

Ever wished you could have a personal trainer in your pocket? Well, Nike+ Training Club and Nike+ Running are two free Apps that play the role of coach: to train, inspire and connect. Nike+ also connects me to a social community of 65 million women where we get to socially train together.

The Nike+ Training Club (N+TC) let’s me choose a 15 to 45 minute workout, designed for women in collaboration between leading international fitness trainers and professional athletes.
