The Lagos State Government has dedicated the August sanitation exercise to the prevention of the Ebola Virus Disease. The government said the exercise, which would hold on Saturday between 7am and 10am, would be used for demonstration of preventive measures to curb the spread of the disease. The Commissioner for the Environment, Tunji Bello, said the state government would continue to be in the forefront of the campaign for a healthier and sustainable environment.

A spokesperson of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt has confirmed that they got married Saturday, August 23, in Chateau Miraval, France.
