Going by the information gathered by Julia Blaise Blog (JBB), all hotels owned by the popular Delta state born businessman simply called Ndokwa, located in Lagos state have been closed down. The incident that occurred on penultimate week left over 40 hotel buildings belonging to the renowned hospitality businessman shut down.
Sources revealed that Lagos State Building Control Agency was forced to shut down the hotels, following an anonymous report that Ndokwa uses sub-standard materials to construct his hotel buildings.
Following the collapse of hotel building in Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN), which took the lives of over 100 people, Ndokwa who rates as one of the biggest hospitality businessmen in Lagos was subjected to test.
Subsequently, it was discovered that his hotel buildings are constructed with sub-standard materials, and to avert disaster, the buildings were all locked down. JBB could not gather if the buildings were marked for demolition.
