Barely few days after the report of the death of Nollywood
DOP, Ray, yet another tragedy has struck the movie sector, as insider sources disclosed
that fast rising actress from the Yoruba
sector of Nollywood, Janet Atayero Oluseye, has died. 32-year-old Janet, who
got married just a year ago, to Olalekan Oluseye, died on Wednesday October 23,
2013.
It was gathered that she died of pains on her foot after being
bed-ridden for months.
She couldn’t walk with for months and subsequently her
condition deteriorated, though she was treated in the hospital. She eventually
died on Wednesday and has since been buried.
Until her death, she was a member of the Association of
Nigerian Theatre Arts Practitioner (ANTP), Ibadan chapter.
